1.4. The payment intermediary for the store is Maksekeskus AS. Imeloomad OÜ is the data controller, and the company transmits the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
1.5. Imeloom implements all precautionary measures, including both administrative and technical, to protect customer personal data. Access to modify and process data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
1.6. Personal data collected during orders placed through Imeloom’s online store is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the purchaser’s personal data and banking details.
1.7. Imeloom does not retain customer data.
1.8. Imeloom reserves the right to change the terms of the privacy policy, notifying its customers of any changes.
